In 1996, John Lewis had a vision to serve his community by providing them with agility training camps. He focused his attention strictly on professional agility sports training.  John would go on to train high school and college student athletes in agility and strength training techniques.

Training was not enough for John; he had a passion for his community and working with underprivileged children. While working with children at a juvenile corrections facility in the City of Atlanta, he still had a burning desire to help high school; college and professional athletes achieve their athletic goals.

Mr. Lewis officially resigned from the City of Atlanta Juvenile Correctional system to fulfill his dreams of creating his personal fitness company.  His dream would be inspired by his brother, Jamal Lewis, when he called in the fall of 1999 saying, “So…watcha gonna do, I’m coming out early; let’s go to Florida to train”.  He would become Jamal’s personal rehabilitation athletic agility trainer.

John would also work to collaborate his athletic training dream with his brother’s community project, Another Love For One, Inc.In 2002, John realized his dream through his own summer agility camps for adults and children throughout the Atlanta area.

John’s vision is now being recognized throughout the community.  He has finally arrived, in the year 2003; the community is now showing their hunger and need for an alternative athletic training method. John’s question to you is…“What would you like to accomplish?”
